- Your data is stored on our servers at `api.speechs.ws`
- Video/audio streams are transmitted via encrypted WebRTC connections (`wss://rtc.speechs.ws`)
- WebSocket connections use secure protocols (`wss://`)
- Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device
- Chat messages are cached locally with a short-lived cache (3 minutes)
- Profile data is cached locally with a short-lived cache (10 minutes)

- Cached data on your device is temporary and cleared automatically

SpeechApp is rated 12+ and is not intended for children under 12 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 12. If we discover that a child under 12 has provided us with personal data, we will delete it promptly.

SpeechApp requires camera and microphone access exclusively for participating in live video battles. These permissions are requested only when you join a battle as a participant. Video and audio streams are transmitted in real time and are not recorded without your knowledge.
